The store at 66 Mechanic Street in Marlborough is open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon. Stop by if you can and bring friends or family. Volunteer tasks may include sorting and bagging linens, sorting and stocking home good donations, helping customers and donors move furniture into or out of their vehicles, cleaning furniture, or escorting customers through the store.

This evening is being held to celebrate Children’s Book Week and will provide an opportunity for families to find out what the library has to offer to them over the summer and throughout the entire year. This is a free drop in program. No registration is required. The Library will provide tours and talk about their Summer Reading Program and Teen Volunteering Team. Story times will also be held throughout the library with Reading Specialists from the Kane, Richer, Jaworek and Whitcomb Schools. Refreshments will be served. This program is sponsored by the Marlborough Public Schools Title 1 Program.
