Holiday Amnesty at the Marlborough Library

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

The Library is running its annual Holiday Food for Fines Amnesty Program from November 27 through December 31. Residents are able to pay their overdue fines in food and personal care items for the Marlborough Food Pantry. For every non-perishable food or personal care item donated they will waive $1 in fines. Residents can also choose to pay the fine in cash, which will go to the food pantry, or split the payment between cash and donated items. Sorry but they can't accept donations to  cover lost item costs, inter-library loan fines, museum pass fines or replacement fees.

The Library is also collecting toys for the U.S. Marines' Toys for Tots program.
