The Safe Driving Law becomes effective in Massachusetts on September 30, 2010. The law creates a series of new violations, including use of a cell phone by a junior operator, and texting while driving for all drivers. Learn more: http://www.massdot.state.ma.us/RMV/SafeDrivingLawSummary.aspx
