Free seminar for parents and young adults on substance abuse
Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Psychiatry presents a free public education program for patients and families: Management of Alcohol and Other Substance Use Among Adolescents on Saturday, March 13, 2010.
Specialists from the Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Psychiatry will share their knowledge about topics including:
* Biological vulnerabilities that put individuals at risk for addictions.
* What is addiction, and how do addictions evolve from the teenage years through adulthood.
* Treatments for addictions
